STLA sightings rage on! RAM 1500 REV caught this time.

Oh look, we already get to receive sticker shock! What a day...

Not watching? $68k for R/T and $82k for Scat Pack.
Still believe these are the First Editions so that's a lot of price tossed into the car (eStage, optional packs), next model year is gonna be stripped of that. Still...
To be honest, these don’t look optioned beyond what is normal so idk how much the pricing would come down. But then plug in credits of what? $7500? I’d imagine they’re building in those credits.

Because these aren't crossovers or bigger, I don't believe they'll get tax credits for buying either way. They might get it in leasing credits, which Jeep is possibly factoring into future Wagoneer S deals from what I remember.

I think as of this year, if I understand it correctly, you can transfer the federal tax credit to a “qualified dealer” and turn the credit into a direct discount. Maybe someone else can confirm. This just guarantees that despite my curiosity, I won’t be touching the EV. I can only imagine what the Sixpacks will be. I was hoping Hemi pricing but I’m getting the feeling it’ll be BMW I6 pricing.

Following on from above - to your point above crossovers, I’m not sure. Maybe depends on state? I think Model 3 extended range gets the credit but standard range doesn’t because where the battery was made factors in also. It’s confusing.

I believe the cap for getting the buying credit is $55k for cars (Model 3, Leaf, the withering Bolt) and $80k for basically everything else (Ultium EVs, Model Y, Lightning, etc). As for the batteries they basically have to be from NA or no buying credits.
Charger will be built with South Korean batteries at first before the first battery plant in the US from Stellantis comes online next year.

If that's the sound it makes then I see nothing wrong with it. Except for that astronomical leaked price

It’s an EV and never meant to be affordable. They were clear to be targeting Tesla.

I suppose that's also true, although you maybe expect somewhat mainstream pricing from Dodge? Then again the US arm is basically treated like a bank for other areas of Stellantis at this point.
But yes, this WOULD be the answer to the Model S, especially with a Plaid fighter coming next year.

After FE Chargers are all handed out we'll have actual, smidge more down to earth base prices to judge, I (really) hope.

Just consider the $7,500 credit as cash on the hood like in the old days. Except this time it's taxpayer money instead of a manufacturer's.

The taxpayer is the purchaser in this case, as it means tested both ways, the buyer get to KEEP more of their own money.

They're still testing.
Pics caught from TFLEV on YouTube, cars are apparently headed West.

Gorgeous cars that might be lot rot bound unless the lease deals are at least acceptable.

The next Charger & Challenged inline 6 ICE + EV sales won’t even come to 75% of peak model year V8 Charger + Challenger sales.

You have rocks for brains.
You’re an idiot. Jesus fukin Christ you’re stupid.

The discussion revolved around the fact the Charger came back in 2005 and had four doors and the styling gripes of said car.

My response was they did Charger very well.

And your moronic self came in and started talking about the new Charger by stating I made a bold comment for something that hadn’t sold a single unit yet.

Like I said, pay attention. Don’t be dumb. And sit down. Why, WHY, are people so effing dumb online??? Fuk

A few more Chargers, albeit in the plain ass silvers/grays so not much special.

A video of an R/T passing through, and another two R/T shots, only this time the poster allegedly got to hear the sound this time which caught my attention... Fratzonic stays on now that the beans got spilled out early?
There are a couple more on here but I'm just gonna toss them in since it's sort of a rehash instead of something interesting like new color spottings or broken down cars. Doesn't help that the excitement is rather dampened no thanks to the sticker shock.

That's the ONLY way I'd bring one of these home. Being a new model combined with perfect timing of rates coming down next year if we get an administration change should equal much better leasing rates in general and good deals on this new Charger to try and get out of the gate hot with the new model. If they can put these into American driveways for <$499/month they might have a fighting chance of moving some of them off the lots.

Bunch of Charger Daytonas spotted (including one colored in the elusive After Dark paint...loving that shade!) plus some Wagoneer S units.
