Epic Adventure Outfitters Creates The Ultimate “Mall Crawler” Wrangler!

Offered on 2021 and 2022 Jeep® Wrangler (JL), the high-impact Tuscadero (PHP) exterior paint has been the most popular buzz color in recent years. The pink color was selected by nearly 30,000 JL customers during the short time it was available in 2021.

With that being said, our good friends over at Epic Adventure Outfitters in Surrey, British Columbia, recently got their hands on a Tuscadero-colored 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara EcoDiesel and began to modify it. And just because most Wrangler are classified as “mall crawlers”, didn’t hold “Ginger” and the Epic team from creating a mall crawler tough enough to tackle Monday morning Starbucks trips, hitting shops like lululemon®, Sephoria, Everything Wine, and then tackling the occasional mountain trail on the weekend.

The 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6 produces 260 horsepower (194 kW) and 442 lb.-ft. (600 N•m) of torque, mated to an 8-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission sourced from ZF, and featuring a 3.73 rear axle ratio. Rated at 10.6 L/100 km (22 MPG) city, 8.1 L/100 km (29 MPG) highway, and 9.5 L/100 km (25 MPG) combined by the EnerGuide in Canada and the EPA in the U.S., the Sahara EcoDiesel has great fuel economy for those who rather save at the pump and spend the cash shopping.

This very rig is now currently on sale at White Rock Dodge in Surrey, British Columbia. Listed for $92,897 CAD, the Sahara isn’t cheap. But for a vehicle already modified that you can purchase, it isn’t as bad as some would think. Especially when you take it in added equipment, capability you gain, and time to install that equipment. Nevertheless, whoever picks up this Wrangler, is sure to get a lot of looks on the street, trail, or at the mall.
