Peugeot Officially Launches Operations in Pakistan!

Stellantis Partners With Lucky Motor Corporation To Produce 2008 In Pakistan...

For the first time, Peugeot has launched operations in Pakistan through its exclusive partner, Lucky Motor Corporation. The partnership to facilitate the creation of a state-of-the-art assembly facility to boost employment, localization, and local automotive industry in Karachi, Pakistan. and enhance the internationalization of Peugeot. The first step of the partnership will begin with the introduction of the locally built Peugeot 2008.

Production of the full-electric e-2008 is also being considered. Peugeot will become the first European brand to manufacture vehicles in Pakistan.

The partnership commenced with the opening of 8 dealers, which Peugeot calls “3S” dealers. The 3S platform stands for sales, after-sales, and services. The dealers will be located in 6 cities, Islamabad, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sialkot, and Gujranwala.

The introduction of the Peugeot 2008 is the first step of the Stellantis commitment to the Pakistani market. The 2008 has been a success story for the brand since its launch at the end of 2019. It has received 26 international awards, including the Red Dot Design Award. The model helps stand out in the compact SUV segment, thanks to its distinctive design, advanced technology, and efficient powertrains. The Peugeot 2008 also benefits from the Peugeot i-Cockpit®, which features a stimulating interior design along with a state-of-the-art digital cluster and touchscreen that amplifies any driving experience.
