Pacifica, Grand Cherokee, & Ram 1500 Take Home “Best Buys For 2020” Awards:

Pacifica Gets Award For Fourth Consecutive Year...

The Car Connection is one of the largest collections of automotive properties on the internet with a collection of more than 130 auto enthusiast websites. Now The Car Connection has named their Best Buys for 2020, which included three Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) vehicles out of more than 100 new vehicles in a bid for the titles.

The Chrysler Pacifica continued its reign as The Car Connection’s “Best Minivan to Buy for 2020” for the fourth consecutive year. This latest award adds to Pacifica’s impressive count of more than 125 awards for the nameplate since its introduction in 2016, easily making it the industry’s most awarded minivan.

“The Chrysler Pacifica sets the bar for minivans with its flexible interior and its crisp styling,” said Martin Padgett, editorial director of Internet Brands Automotive, publishers of The Car Connection. “The unsung hero in the lineup is the plug-in hybrid, with its excellent fuel economy and forward-thinking powertrain.”

Not to be outshadowed by the Pacifica, but the Jeep® Grand Cherokee and Ram 1500 also won awards in their categories as well, grabbing both the “Best SUV to Buy 2020” and “Best Pickup Truck to Buy 2020” titles.

“The Jeep Grand Cherokee continues to impress us with its performance, whether it’s on the road or off the beaten path,” Padgett said. “From Trailhawk to Trackhawk, it’s good-looking and capable, and still unlike any other SUV. The Ram 1500 has hauled and towed its way past some bigger rivals. It has it’s truck priorities straight — even when it’s dressed up with the best interior we’ve seen in any full-size pickup.”

The awards continue to show the Ram Truck brand’s growing dominance in the truck market, while the aging Jeep Grand Cherokee continues to be a segment leader, despite being on the market in its current form since 2011.
