The Jeep® brand has announced its new “Summer of Jeep” marketing campaign, starring actor, singer-songwriter and musician Jeremy Renner. As you may recall, Renner starred in a commercial for the Ram Truck brand earlier this year. Now, joining the Jeep brand, Renner is also providing the music for the campaign with three of his all-new tracks “Main Attraction,” “Nomad” and “Sign.”

The Jeep brand worked with Renner and director Jeff Tomsic (“Spy Guys”) to simultaneously film the Jeep brand campaign and the official music video launching Renner’s single “Main Attraction,” in addition to Renner’s documentary project that charts his musical pursuits.
In “Party | Main Attraction“, has Renner breaking free from the confines of a Hollywood black-tie affair in search of freedom and the chance to pursue new possibilities where community, freedom and music rule. When he finds it, he takes the mic at a packed summer roadhouse. The commercial features the luxurious Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 4×4.
The second commercial named “Diner | Nomad“, Renner imagines himself on a road trip, sitting at a diner writing music inspired by his trip. The commercial features the Jeep Compass Limited 4×4.
In the third commercial called “Ride Swap | Sign“, the ad features an engaging interaction between Jeremy and his fans. Renner trades his stale tour bus for the free-spirited, open-air freedom of a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon.
The “Summer of Jeep” campaign began yesterday, across TV, digital, and social channels for the Jeep brand. The Jeep campaign was created in partnership with the Chicago-based HighDive agency.
