The Maserati brand has recently developed a new approach aimed at providing its customers with a unique ownership experience. Now more than ever, the Italian premium brand looks to the future of innovation, creating increasingly personalized experiences and tailor-made products, which can exceed customer expectations and reflect their everyday needs. A series of initiatives and services have been developed, resulting in the creation of the Maserati Personal Service Lab.
Maserati Personal Service Lab offers two new programs that add a Pickup & Delivery and Courtesy Car services feature for their customers to purchase throughout the entire lifecycle of the vehicle at any Maserati Dealership.
Pickup & Delivery – is tailor-made according to customer needs and requirements of customers, this service makes maintaining your car even easier. The program means the car can be picked up and returned directly to the address provided.
Courtesy Car – provides customers with another Maserati car while their own one is being serviced at a workshop.
Kind of an odd choice to make both programs available with an added cost, considering that Stellantis’ own Jeep® brand’s new Wagoneer Client Services for the ultra-premium Grand Wagoneer and Wagoneer SUVs include similar programs and more for no added cost with the vehicle.
