Dodge Europe has released the second episode of the second season of its web series, IN//OUT, on the brand’s social media accounts. This series continues to promote the iconic values of the American brand through various challenges, emotions, and unique events. With Dodge making strides in the European market, there is speculation about potential big plans for the upcoming all-electric Dodge Charger Daytona.
In the newly released episode, Dodge Ambassador Ida Zetterström travels to Italy for a weekend full of exciting events. The episode covers the Emilia-Romagna round of the WorldSBK Championship and a special gathering of Dodge fans at Lake Garda.
The weekend kicks off at the Misano World Circuit, where Ida Zetterström has a rematch of the drag race from the previous episode against Andrea Iannone, a rider for Team Go Eleven, an independent Italian motorcycling team. Both competitors are on equal footing this time, each driving a Dodge Challenger SRT HELLCAT Redeye with a supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI® HELLCAT H.O. V8 engine, delivering 807 horsepower.
Dodge and Superbike fans played a significant role during the hot lap sessions over the racing weekend in Misano. Onboard cameras captured exclusive moments, allowing viewers to experience the excitement firsthand and see fans’ reactions during the laps in the Dodge Challenger SRT HELLCAT and the Dodge Durango, the official cars of WorldSBK.
The Italian weekend continued with a special event organized by one of Italy’s largest Dodge fan communities, ‘Dodge Challenger Team Italia.’ Ida Zetterström was the guest of honor at this memorable event, which saw over 120 Dodge models and more than 300 fans gather in Lazise, a town on the banks of Lake Garda.
At the end of the event, the third episode of IN//OUT season 2 was announced. It will take place in Germany during the drag racing event NitrOlympX at the Hockenheimring circuit, providing an opportunity for the brand to connect with another European Dodge community.
