2024 Maserati GranTurismo PrimaSerie 75th Anniversary Launch Edition Is Coming

Maserati is ushering in a new era of grand touring with the introduction of the highly anticipated 2024 GranTurismo PrimaSerie 75th Anniversary Launch Edition. This special release celebrates 75 years since the debut of the first GranTurismo, paying tribute to its timeless legacy while offering sophisticated customizations and exclusive configurations that elevate the Maserati driving experience. With a limited allocation, the car will start arriving in the United States and Canada starting in the summer of 2023.

“The all-new GranTurismo is a revolutionized version of our brand icon and perfectly encapsulates the core pillars of performance, comfort, and timeless design,” stated Bill Peffer, CEO of Maserati Americas. The PrimaSerie 75th Anniversary Launch Edition pays homage to a storied collection of celebrated Maserati models, including the Modena, Trofeo, and Folgore trims. This exclusive release signifies a new chapter for Maserati in North America, opening doors to exciting possibilities.

The GranTurismo PrimaSerie boasts captivating details and a custom interior that subtly nods to the original grand tourer, setting these collector’s pieces apart. The paintwork is enhanced by intricate finishes within the passenger compartment, featuring contrasting stitching and embroidery. The elegant seats proudly display the Trident and the 75th Anniversary logo, while the wheels, mudguards, and trunk bear these exclusive emblems in their personalized finish, adding character to the vehicle’s exterior.

Exclusive to North America, only 50 units of the GranTurismo PrimaSerie will be produced, which is based on the GranTurismo Trofeo, finished in the striking Grigio Lamiera Matte color. The Trofeo variant focuses on delivering exceptional performance without compromising comfort. Powered by the most potent Maserati internal combustion engine ever made, this car boasts marked exterior lines and carbon fiber accents that emphasize its assertiveness. The perforated leather upholstery and herringbone motif on the dashboard and seats give the Trofeo a dynamic look that reflects Maserati’s deep racing heritage.

In line with Maserati’s rich racing history, the PrimaSerie edition draws inspiration from the iconic Officine Alfieri Maserati. Corse Red details on the logos, scripts, air vents, and wheels reinterpret the bodywork, exuding a distinct racing character. Equipped with the twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter Nettuno V6 engine derived from Maserati’s brand halo, the MC20 super sports car, the PrimaSerie delivers an impressive maximum power output of 542 horsepower. This configuration is specifically tailored to driving enthusiasts who seek exhilarating performance and adrenaline-fueled experiences on the road.
