2024 Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack Can Top $110K In Canada
Pricing Starts At $89,790
In August, Dodge announced the pricing for the 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona lineup in both the United States and Canadian markets. Since then, the company has launched the “Build and Price” feature for the Charger Daytona on its U.S. website, and it’s now available on its Canadian site as well.
While exploring the Canadian “Build and Price” tool, I managed to option the base price of a Charger Daytona Scat Pack from $89,790 to over $110,000—and it wasn’t very difficult.

While the Charger Daytona is a good-looking car with great lines and a big step up in interior design and materials compared to the outgoing Challenger and Charger, the big question remains. Will consumers pay this pricing for a Dodge electric “Muscle” car? If you go strictly by performance numbers, a fully loaded, including the $11,000 “full self-driving,” option Tesla Model 3 performance is two-tenths of a second quicker to 60 MPH and half a second quicker through the quarter mile for $87,523 Canadian.
The next question is range. While Dodge hasn’t announced the electric range of the Charger Daytona yet, based on what I’ve seen when I had the opportunity to explore a pre-production model, I believe range will be the next point of contention when numbers are finally released. Dodge has actually tried to prepare consumers for that in their reveal video, with Tim Kuniskis saying, and I’m paraphrasing here: “Everything we have done is to maximize performance at the expense of efficiency.”
The 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona is slated to arrive at dealerships between late December and mid-January—yes, that’s 2024 models landing in 2025. It won’t be long before we see how the market reacts to the no doubt controversial Charger Daytona lineup.
