Stellantis Makes More Key Leadership Changes Under Filosa’s Turnaround Plan
Europe Aim To Boost Customer Focus and Unlock Brand Potential
As Stellantis continues to reshape its organization under CEO Antonio Filosa’s sweeping turnaround plan, the company has announced another wave of key leadership changes across its European operations—this time centered on reinforcing customer focus and maximizing brand performance.
Effective immediately, several high-level moves have been made within the Enlarged Europe, European Brands & Pro One organization. The changes all report directly to Emanuele Cappellano, Head of Enlarged Europe, who said the new appointments are about keeping customers at the core of every decision.

“I believe these new appointments are instrumental in reinforcing customer centricity, which remains one of our company’s core values and a top priority for our region,” said Cappellano. “At the same time, they will enable our extraordinary European team to unleash the full potential of our brands and products, leveraging the unique expertise and complementary backgrounds of our people.”
Among the most notable shifts, Roberta Zerbi has been appointed CEO of the Lancia brand, replacing Luca Napolitano, who now becomes Head of Stellantis & You – Sales & Services, reporting to Jean-Philippe Imparato. Zerbi brings a strong background in brand development and marketing, having previously led Alfa Romeo and Lancia for Enlarged Europe.

Zerbi called her new position “a privilege,” noting that her goal is to honor Lancia’s long-standing heritage of Italian style while accelerating the brand’s modern transformation. She will oversee the continued rollout of the all-new Ypsilon and guide two upcoming models that aim to expand Lancia’s footprint across Europe.
Meanwhile, Maurizio Zuares steps in as Head of Commercial Operations for Enlarged Europe, taking over Napolitano’s previous responsibilities, while Simonetta Cerruti becomes Maserati’s new Global Chief Commercial Officer, succeeding Zuares. Cerruti joins Maserati after leading Alfa Romeo and Lancia commercial activities, bringing more than 20 years of experience in Stellantis’ portfolio of Italian brands.

Marco Bo remains in charge of Customer Services, now reporting directly to Cappellano, with a functional link to Alison Jones, Stellantis’ Global Head of Parts & Services and Circular Economy.
The reshuffling highlights Filosa’s determination to align Stellantis’ European leadership structure with his broader goal—making the company’s brands more agile, responsive, and customer-driven as Stellantis navigates its next phase of growth and electrification.
