Kenny Wayne Sheppard, known for his passion for Mopar muscle cars, recently added an extraordinary vehicle to his collection: a 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 Jailbreak. This isn’t just any Demon 170; it’s one of only 28 special Jailbreak editions, making it exceptionally rare and desirable.
The Demon 170 is already an impressive machine, but the Jailbreak option takes it to another level. Dodge offered this limited package at an additional $30,000. Lucky recipients were reportedly given a list of 40 exclusive colors, comprising 20 heritage colors and 20 new shades curated by the Dodge design team. On a first-come-first-serve basis, each customer was granted an individual color, making their car truly one-of-a-kind. Each car also came with a unique serial Jailbreak badge with the paint code and the name of the person who ordered the car.
Some of those colors included Stryker Purple, Furious Fuchsia, Competition Blue, Stryker Green, Yellow Jacket, Creamsicle, Gold Rush, Panther Pink, Copperhead, Stryker Orange, Green Machine, Green Go, Top Banana, and many more.
Sheppard opted for the stunning Petty Blue color, making his car the only Demon 170 to leave the factory in this shade. To add to its distinct look, he chose a Black center stripe that stretches over the front, hood, roof, trunk, and rear, reminiscent of the classic Plymouth GTX.
Inside, Kenny’s Demon 170 Jailbreak features the Premium Group package, which includes Black Nappa Leather seats. He also opted for Demonic Red seat belts.
In a recent video on his YouTube channel, Kenny shared his excitement as he took delivery of his new car. He provided a detailed walkaround, showcasing the unique features and custom touches of his Demon 170 Jailbreak. With its limited production and one-of-a-kind specifications, Kenny’s new ride stands out even among modern Mopar muscle cars.
Since the video, Kenny has shared on his social media accounts that he made further customizations to his Demon 170 Jailbreak. He removed the rear seat and replaced it with a carbon-fiber rear seat delete featuring custom graphics. Additionally, he added a matching Petty Blue helmet to complete the look. We can’t wait to see what he has in store next.
