Five Limited Edition Models Are Coming To The Middle East Region...

As Dodge’s “Last Call” editions of its 2023 Charger and Challenger models make their way to dealerships in the United States and Canada, the iconic American automaker has exciting news for automotive enthusiasts in the Middle East.

Dodge has announced that select “Last Call” special edition models will be available in the region, offering a chance to experience the enduring legacy of American muscle cars. These limited-edition models showcase powerful engines, distinctive styling, and unique features that have defined Dodge vehicles for decades.

“This year marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in our brand’s history as we bid farewell to an iconic era and usher in an electrified future,“ said Stuart Laurie, Head of Chrysler, Dodge & Ram Trucks at Stellantis Middle East. “Throughout the years, the HEMI® V8 engine has been the beating heart of the Dodge Challenger and Charger, embodying the essence of what makes these muscle cars so special. With our limited edition “Last Call” models, we pay homage to these vehicles’ legendary history while simultaneously propelling them to new heights of power and performance.”

So what “Last Call” models will be available in the Middle East?

2023 Dodge Challenger Shakedown. (Hunter Leighton).

Dodge Challenger Shakedown – Drawing inspiration from the original Dodge Shakedown Challenger Concept, the 2023 Dodge Challenger Shakedown offers a modern and vintage fusion. This special edition combines a black-and-red interior and exterior, staying true to the original concept’s theme. Around 1,000 units of the Challenger Shakedown will be produced globally.

2023 Dodge Charger Swinger. (Hunter Leighton).

Dodge Charger / Challenger Swinger – The 2023 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack Swinger and 2023 Dodge Charger Scat Pack Swinger draw inspiration from the original Dodge Dart Swinger. These special-edition models embrace a throwback exterior and interior appearance, featuring unique green-on-green color combinations, gold accents, and wood panel interior touches. Approximately 1,000 units of these models will be produced globally.

2023 Dodge Charger King Daytona. (Hunter Leighton).

Dodge Charger King Daytona – Honoring the legacy of William “Big Willie” Robinson, a prominent figure in the West Coast drag-racing scene, the 2023 Dodge Charger King Daytona pays homage to his famous 1969 Dodge Charger, nicknamed “King Daytona.” This special edition boasts an enhanced performance of 807 horsepower and combines a Go Mango exterior with distinctive orange interior accents. Approximately 350 units of the Charger King Daytona will be produced globally.

2023 Dodge Challenger Black Ghost. (Hunter Leighton).

Dodge Challenger Black Ghost – The 2023 Dodge Challenger Black Ghost presents a modern interpretation of the historic vehicle. This special edition showcases a black-and-chrome appearance, featuring unique black “gator skin” roof vinyl graphics reminiscent of the original model. The Challenger SRT HELLCAT Redeye Widebody has been elevated to produce 807 horsepower, further enhancing its performance. Approximately 400 units of the Challenger Black Ghost will be produced globally.

As Dodge bids farewell to the HEMI engine in these limited-edition “Last Call” models, it paves the way for an electrified future. This transition marks a significant milestone for the brand while preserving the legacy of American muscle cars. The Dodge Charger and Challenger have captured the hearts of enthusiasts worldwide, and these final editions celebrate their heritage while propelling them to new levels of power, performance, and customization.
