There has been a lot of exciting news surrounding the Alfa Romeo brand as of lately. With the addition of the all-new Tonale C-SUV, a new B-SUV on the way, and some updates for the Stelvio and Giulia models to help hold the vehicles over until the next-generation cars are ready in 2025 and 2026. But thanks to the keen eyes of the GabetzSPYUnit team, we are getting our first look at a new trim package.
According to our Alfa Romeo dealer sources, the new Estrema (or Extreme) special edition models are based on the popular Veloce lineup and add some elements from the brand’s high-performance Quadrifoglio models. Each Estrema model will add the following features to the Veloce model…
- Alfa Active Suspension
- Anthracite-Colored Estrema Badging
- Carbon Mirror Caps
- Carbon Grille
- Dark Daylight Opening (DLO) Trim
- Anthracite-Colored Logos & Lettering
- Black Brake Calipers with White Alfa Romeo Script
- 19-Inch Dark Classico Wheels on Giulia
- 21-Inch Dark Turismo Wheels on Stelvio
- Electric Sport Seats in Alcantara/Leather with Red Stitching
- Red Stitching for the Center Armrest, Steering Wheel, Dash, Upper Door Panels, and Gear Knob
- Carbon Accents on Doors, Dash, and Center Console
- 14 Speaker Harman Kardon® Premium Audio
The new special edition model will be available in four different colors, Alfa Rosso (Red), Alfa White, Vulcano Black Metallic, and Misano Blue Metallic.
Our dealer sources tell us, that the new buzz model will not be exclusive to just the European market either. Models will come to North America in the Q4 of 2022, as 2023 models. We are told that the new headlight designs for the Stelvio will more than likely appear on the 2023 model, with the Giulia getting a similar design for the 2024 models.
The Estrema package will add $5,500 USD to the cost of the Veloce models, once they arrive in North America. Our dealer sources indicate there will only be two options available for the package when it arrives. The addition of the popular Active Assist Plus package will set you back $1,000 USD but will add the following features…
- Active Blind-Spot Assist
- Driver Attention Alert
- Highway Assist System
- Intelligent Speed Assist (ISA)
- Lane-Keep Assist
- Traffic Jam Assist
- Traffic-Sign Recognition
There will also be an additional option for the Giulia, as customers will be able to choose from a staggered 19-Inch x 8-Inch and 19-Inch x 9-Inch wheel setup with monotone center caps and 3-season performance tires for the cost of 1,000 USD.
