Jeep® Quietly Raises Starting Price Of Gladiator Rubicon:

Jeep Has Add $330 To The Price Of Its Offroad Model In The United States...

The Jeep® brand is quietly raising the starting Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of its popular 2020 Jeep® Gladiator Rubicon this month. According to the latest Jeep dealer guides that were updated on November 8th, the brand has raised the U.S. MSRP by $330 to $45,370 (including the destination fee) compared to its $45,040 (with destination fee) starting price last month. We also went on the Jeep.com to confirm and the price has been changed to reflect the new price as well.

While the $330 increase in cost, doesn’t sound like much when you are talking about a pickup that starts in the mid-$40,000 range, it does question the change. According to Jeep.com, there were no new standard features added to the Gladiator Rubicon this month. So it leaves us puzzled.

Since its introduction, the Jeep Gladiator has been one of the most popular vehicles in the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) portfolio of vehicles. The highly-anticipated midsize Jeep pickup sold out of its limited-edition Launch Edition model sold out in one day. Those Launch Edition models featured a sticker price of $62,310 for the limited-edition Rubicon. Many of those who purchased the Launch Edition expected to be among the first to receive a new Gladiator, however, it wasn’t the case for a lot of people including one of our own contributors.

Since then, Jeep is has been adding new packages and even special edition models like the Gladiator “Three O’ Five” model, that was introduced at the Miami International Auto Show a couple of weeks ago. But we doubt that a slight increase, on the hottest Jeep product right now will affect sales anytime soon.
