An 850+ Horsepower Dodge Challenger R/T?

R/T Life Checks Out A 5.7-liter HEMI, Like No Other...

On his quest to find the most horsepower on a budget for his Dodge Charger R/T, our friend R/T Life has had his share of shortfalls and triumphs. While the HELLCAT and Scat Pack models get all of the attention, there is a load of aftermarket performance parts for the 345 cubic-inch HEMI. R/T Life has been throwing around the question of adding forced induction to his 5.7-liter HEMI V8, and he might have just found a setup that interests him.

While attending a local car event, R/T Life caught up with Instagramer Vader_RT and his built 2013 Dodge Challenger R/T. This isn’t your average 5.7-liter HEMI V8. Instead, EMP Performance has taken the 5.7-liter and bored and stroked to 400 cubic-inches. On top of that, the engine features a ProCharger running 14 lbs. of boost and that is just the jist of the build. The car is making somewhere around 750 horsepower to the rear wheels. Just goes to show you, how stout the 5.7-liter HEMI can be when altered.
