2021 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack Shaker Widebody Models Have Arrived:
New Buzz Model Hits Dealer Lots...
Just days ago, we told you about how 2021 Dodge Challenger models were finally arriving in dealer showrooms. With the launch of the 2021 model year, Dodge has introduced two new buzz models for the popular Challenger R/T Scat Pack Widebody. One of those models is the 2021 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack Shaker Widebody and is now arriving on dealer lots.
The 2021 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack Shaker’s history goes deep into the original muscle car era of the 1970s. Now, Dodge has taken the popular Shaker package to the next level, by introducing its Widebody Package to the Shaker model. It is only the second time, the Shaker has been available on the Widebody Package with the first time being last year’s limited-edition Challenger 50th Anniversary Edition models.
As the name suggests, the cold-air grabbing Shaker extends from the engine compartment, directing the cooler air back to the 6.4-liter (392 cubic-inch) HEMI V8. Like the original 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T that was optioned with the Shaker hood, the R/T Scat Pack Widebody continues the brand’s tradition of offering an engine-mounted hood scoop that “shakes” with the movement of the powertrain.
The fully-functional Shaker hood comes standard with a Mopar cold-air intake, conical air filter, and optimized air box for improved airflow and performance. When customers lift the hood, they will be treated to a “SHAKER” under the hood decal similar to the original 1970 model.
The Challenger R/T Scat Pack Shaker Widebody has a starting U.S. Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $47,690 (excluding $1,495 for destination charges). For more details on availability or ordering options, you can contact your local Dodge dealer for more information.
This particular model is currently in inventory (at the time of this writing) at Baxter Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Lincoln, Nebraska.
