Sales Success and Market Leadership:

The Jeep Commander has achieved remarkable success in the Brazilian market. Within the first five months of its launch, over 35,000 units of the Commander were sold in the country. Moreover, the Commander has also been exported to various Latin American countries, further expanding its reach.

Spacious and Comfortable Interior:

One of the key highlights of the Jeep Commander is its generous interior space. With three rows of seats and a total of seven seats, it offers ample room for passengers. The Commander boasts one of the largest trunks in its category, providing 1,760 liters of storage capacity when all seats are lowered. Even with five occupants, it offers 661 liters of storage space, and with all seven seats raised, it still provides 233 liters, the largest volume in its segment. The second and third rows of seats are reclining, ensuring a comfortable experience for all occupants. The Commander also features excellent accessibility to its spacious interior, with an 80° door opening angle, surpassing its competitors.

Seems like a Cherokee line missed opportunity to me. Sure there are reasons, but the Cherokee line could have doubled sales with a three row. Love my Cherokee and awaiting next generation to replace mine. I’d consider the small Wagoneer S if it offered a gas powertrain. Pass on all electric though.
