2019 Chrysler 300S – Chrysler’s Performance Sedan:

The Full-Size Sedan With Sporty Looks and Optional HEMI Power...

While the large sedan segment has been on the steady decline for the past number of years as people jump to crossovers, SUVs, and trucks, the Chrysler 300 is still putting up a fight. The current model is still appealing to some consumers because of the highly incentivized price, available 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine and bold styling. On the market since the 2005 model year, the 300 has retained its bold styling for nearly fifteen years and continues to be a more upscale alternative to its Dodge Charger sibling.

The 300S is the performance trim level for the Chrysler 300. It adds black exterior accents, a sport-tuned suspension, paddle shifters, and is the lowest-priced trim level available with a 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine. The 300S package is also offered with a choice of rear-wheel drive (RWD) or all-wheel drive (AWD).

The Chrysler 300S has a sophisticated, sporty style that has no real competitors, especially when paired with the 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine. The closest alternative is the Dodge Charger R/T, but the 300S appeals to a different audience who want a more upscale, but still sinister-looking full-size performance sedan.
