$0 Lease on Fiat 500e in Colorado: A Deal You Can’t Ignore

Zero Down, Zero Monthly Payments, Just Taxes and Fees...

A Fiat 500e lease deal in Colorado is catching the attention of car shoppers, offering $0 down and $0 per month, but with a few important conditions. While this might sound too good to be true, it’s a legitimate offer relying on tax incentives and specific circumstances.

The offer is available only at one dealer, Larry H. Miller Chrysler Dodge Ram Fiat in Denver, and it comes with some specific requirements. To qualify, customers must meet credit score criteria (above 700), live in Colorado, and be prepared to cover the taxes, registration fees, and insurance—just like any other car lease.

How is it possible? The deal hinges on a combination of federal and state incentives. The federal government offers a $7,500 tax credit for electric vehicles (EVs), and Colorado provides an additional $5,000 rebate for new EV purchases or leases. If the MSRP is under $35,000, there’s also a $2,500 rebate. All these credits add up, making the lease affordable.

For just under $1,700 (including taxes and fees), customers can drive away in a brand-new Fiat 500e on a 27-month lease, limited to 10,000 miles per year. At the end of the lease, the option to purchase the car for around $17,388 remains.

This deal includes a free Level 2 charger or $600 in charging credits, and the Fiat 500e comes equipped with essential features like automatic air conditioning, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto™.

Regarding range, the Fiat 500e offers an EPA-estimated 149 miles of combined driving, making it a solid option for daily commuting and city driving. While the range may not be the highest on the market, the 500e’s compact size and efficient electric motor make it ideal for navigating urban areas. For those worried about recharging, the 500e can take advantage of DC fast charging, allowing it to charge up to 80% in just 35 minutes. A 5-minute charge can provide up to 31 miles of range, perfect for those quick pit stops while on the go.

Despite its affordable lease deal, the Fiat 500e has been one of the slowest-selling electric vehicles in the U.S. market since its debut. The combination of its limited range and relatively higher price compared to other EVs has made it less attractive to many buyers. However, this offer may be the right opportunity for those seeking an affordable, city-friendly EV with little monthly cost.

Small urban EVs make a lot of sense. It's sad that Fiat is having such a hard time selling the new 500e. I have no idea what the deals are in my region, but now I don't need a new car.

No matter the manufacturer these types of urban focused cars have a hard sell in our market. It’s amazing, when I’m in Italy, these 500s, in one form or another, are everywhere. Do Rome, do Milan, do Florence by car and you get it. Drive from Long Island to West Palm Beach, not so much. Did both, the choices are clear.
The 500 is an amazing package, very comfortable in the short run, but unless you don’t use mass transit, as most urban dwellers do, it has no audience. Indeed it is a neat car, but not right for our wide open spaces life styles. I still believe in Fiat here, but they need other product. Trouble is they have lost the attention or relevance of the American buyers. Squandered opportunity driven by “Eurothink”needing a total reboot.
