CAUGHT: Real World Pictures Of The 2019 Ram ProMaster City:

First Real World Pictures Of The Smallest Ram Van...

When Ram showed off the all-new 2019 Ram 1500, we knew it wasn’t before long that the brand would drop the crosshair grille design across the entire lineup. Not long after the debut of the Ram 1500, Ram announced that the Ram ProMaster and ProMaster City would be getting updated looks for the 2019 model year. Both models will have new grille design with bold “RAM” text and no crosshairs.

While we have showed you several times the new 2019 Ram ProMaster van in public showing off it’s new face, it’s smaller sibling has yet to be seen in real world conditions sporting its new look. We got half a dozen pictures of press images that were doctored up by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), but still nothing too great that photoshop couldn’t have done.

Well now, our friends at Real Fast Fotography have caught one of the early pre-production models on the roads in Metro Detroit testing. We will let you be the judge for yourself, if you like it with or without the crosshair grille design.

ProMaster City aggressively competes in the compact Class 1 van segment with a focus on commercial customer needs and total cost of ownership. The smaller of two van offerings from Ram is available in two-seat Tradesman cargo van and five-seat passenger wagon configurations in two different trims (Tradesman and SLT). The 2019 model in the pictures are the Tradesman model.

Ram ProMaster City should be coming to Ram dealers in the fourth-quarter of this year.
