Jeep® Unleashes 2025 Wagoneer Overland: Rugged and Refined
Only 2,000 Units Built for Hardcore Adventure

A Limited-Edition Built for Adventure –

Jeep® has just rolled out the most off-road-capable version of its full-size SUV yet — the new 2025 Jeep Wagoneer Overland Special Edition. Blending rugged off-road gear with a high level of interior comfort and technology, this new limited-edition package is built for those who crave backcountry trails without sacrificing refinement.
Limited to just 2,000 units across the U.S. and Canada, the Wagoneer Overland is built off the Wagoneer Series II 4×4 and includes serious upgrades for hitting the dirt. Starting at $72,740 USD (excluding $2,095 destination), or $98,290 CAD (which includes $95,495 MSRP plus fees), this special edition packs tons of standard features for families and adventurers alike.
Off-Road Hardware That Means Business –

What makes this Wagoneer a standout? First off, Jeep fitted it with 32-inch all-terrain tires, 20-inch black aluminum wheels, and its Quadra-Lift® air suspension system, which offers up to 10 inches of ground clearance. The Quadra-Drive II 4×4 system features a two-speed transfer case and an electronic limited-slip differential, giving the Overland the ability to shift power between axles as needed — even sending up to 100% of the engine’s torque to one axle when required.
Skid plates underneath protect the front axle, transfer case, and fuel tank, while tow hooks (two up front and one removable in the rear) are ready for recovery situations. The Overland also comes with Selec-Terrain® traction control, featuring Rock Mode for rougher terrain, and Selec-Speed Control, which helps keep speed steady during hill climbs or descents. All of this adds up to a 48:1 crawl ratio and up to 10,000 lbs. of towing capacity with the Heavy-Duty Trailer Tow Package.
Bold Style with Trail-Ready Design –

Style-wise, it’s unmistakably different. For the first time on a Wagoneer, there’s a black painted roof, matched with black accents on the grille, badging, headlamps, wheel flares, and lower front fascia. Roof rail crossbars are included too.
Premium Comfort and Smart Tech Inside –

Inside, it’s just as impressive. There’s three-row seating for seven (with optional 8-passenger layout), Nappa leather-trimmed seats, a tri-pane panoramic sunroof, and high-end tech like a 10.1-inch Uconnect® 5 NAV touchscreen, wireless charging, and a hands-free power liftgate. Parking is made easier with parallel/perpendicular park assist and a 360-degree camera system.
Safety Comes Standard –

Safety is a major focus too, with features like:
-
Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go
-
Blind-Spot Monitoring
-
Rear Cross Path Detection
-
Full-Speed Forward Collision Warning
-
Active Lane Management
Advanced Connectivity and Adventure Tech –

Jeep has also enhanced digital connectivity. Buyers get:
-
Three years of Jeep Connect services
-
10 years of Safety and Security Package access

Five years of Vehicle Health Reports
Over-the-air updates are supported, and the new AppMarket allows drivers to manage subscriptions, install adventure apps like The Dyrt and Geocaching, and play in-car games (when parked).
And for 2025, all Wagoneer 4×4 models, including the Overland, come with Off-Road Pages+ and Adventure Guides. Powered by Trails Off-Road, this in-dash app includes a two-year trial of 200+ curated off-road trail guides, Jeep® Badge of Honor routes, downloadable maps, and trail difficulty ratings. A three-month trial of an All-Access upgrade unlocks thousands of extra trails across North America.
Official Debut: NYIAS & Easter Jeep® Safari –

The 2025 Wagoneer Overland Special Edition will make its official debut at both the New York International Auto Show (NYIAS) and the legendary Easter Jeep® Safari (EJS) in Moab, Utah. These events showcased the Wagoneer’s ability to straddle urban sophistication and rugged off-road performance — right in front of the brand’s most loyal fans and curious newcomers alike.
