New 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Models Start Rolling Off The Line In Windsor:

Production of the revised 2021 Chrysler Pacifica minivan, has begun rolling off the line at the Windsor Assembly Plant in Windsor, Ontario. For the 2021 model year, the Chrysler Pacifica looks to not only dominate the minivan segment but to appeal to those looking for larger family crossover vehicles. With its revised exterior looks, plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV), or available all-wheel-drive (AWD) capability, and offering even more luxury than before, there is a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica for everyone.

There are two available powertrain options on all four Pacifica models. That includes the award-winning 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine delivering 287 horsepower and 262 lb.-ft. of torque mated to a smooth-shifting 9-speed automatic transmission. The Pacifica Hybrid offers an innovative dual-motor eFlite electrically variable transmission (EVT) paired with a specially modified version of the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 gasoline engine. The Pacifica Hybrid is designed to offer a seamless driving experience, with no need for the driver to select between electric and hybrid modes and can achieve up to 30 miles of all-electric range, 80 MPGe (miles per gallon equivalent electric), and greater than 500 miles of total driving range.

For those looking for even more luxury, the all-new 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle sets the new standard in the segment. The new elite Pinnacle model is the premium people mover that offers a modern living room on wheels loaded with luxury features and content, including quilted Caramel Nappa leather seats in all three rows and unique matching lumbar pillows in the second-row captain’s chairs. The Pinnacle model also delivers a unique new integrated Ultra console, which features the most functionally in its class and is aesthetically redesigned to flow into the instrument panel.

For audiophiles, the Harman Kardon premium audio group adds a 10-inch rear quarter trim subwoofer to the 19-speaker system, with a 20-speaker system offered on the hybrid powertrain model. The 23-liter sealed enclosure delivers more dynamic bass through the dual-voice-coiled subwoofer and is designed to better integrate with the available Stow ‘n Vac system (or storage bin).

Orders for the new 2021 Chrysler Pacifica opened back in September with a starting U.S. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $35,045 (or a Canadian MSRP of $44,795), AWD models have a starting U.S. MSRP of $38,040 (or a Canadian MSRP of $48,295), all pricing excludes destination pricing.

For those looking for the efficient Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, in the U.S. the Hybrid model starts on the Touring-L trim level and has a starting MSRP of $39,995 and continues to be eligible for a $7,500 federal tax credit, as well as any state and local credits. Canadians get the Hybrid powertrain available across the entire lineup, starting on the Touring model it has a starting MSRP of $53,995 and continues to be eligible for a $5,000 federal tax credit, as well as any provincial credits.
