Stellantis Names Daniel Alejandro González as New Mexico CEO
Veteran Leader Takes the Helm to Drive Growth in Key Market

Stellantis has announced Daniel Alejandro González as the new CEO of Stellantis Mexico, effective immediately. González will report directly to Antonio Filosa, Stellantis’ COO of the Americas and Director of Quality.
With more than 23 years of industry experience — 17 of those with Stellantis — González brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success. Before this role, he served as COO for Stellantis’ Asia-Pacific markets, where he achieved significant growth and expanded the distributor network across 18 countries in the India-Asia-Pacific region.
“Daniel has a great knowledge of the automotive industry and great leadership skills that will take our operations in Mexico to the next level,” said Filosa.

González’s appointment comes as Carlos Quezada, the current CEO of Stellantis Mexico, prepares to retire at the end of March after 25 years of dedicated service.
González has held numerous high-level positions throughout his career, including CFO for the Stellantis India and Asia-Pacific region and various finance leadership roles within Stellantis North America and Latin America. He earned his accounting degree from José Antonio Páez University in Venezuela.
This leadership change signals Stellantis’ commitment to strengthening its presence and performance in the vital Mexican automotive market.
