RECALL: 2021 & 2022 Chrysler Pacifica & Voyager For Child Restraint Anchors!

Does Not Meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards...

Stellantis (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2021 to 2022 Pacifica and 2021 Voyager vehicles with Easy Slide Second Row Bucket Seats (sales code CY3). The issue is that the second-row seat-to-floor mounting latch may bind and stick open, preventing the seat from properly securing to the floor. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 225, “Child Restraint Anchorage Systems.”

Stellantis says that 1,160 units are affected (1,094 Pacifica, 66 Voyager) by the recall. The suspect vehicles were manufactured between Monday, October 4th, 2021 and Thursday, October 28th, 2021.

  • On March 17th, 2022, FCA US determined, through the Vehicle Regulations Committee, to conduct a voluntary
safety recall of the affected vehicles.
