Ram Rampage Wins Two Prestigious Awards in Brazil

Recognition for Best Intermediate Pickup and Performance Excellence...

The Ram Rampage continues solidifying its success in Brazil and South America, with the pickup truck recently taking home two significant awards. Since its launch just over a year ago, the Rampage has made waves in the region, achieving over 28,000 units sold and earning praise for its performance, design, and advanced features.

The awards were presented in the tenth edition of Carsughi L’Auto Preferita and the 2025 Estadão Mobility Awards. Both awards recognize the Rampage as the best intermediate pickup truck in its class, underscoring its dominance in the South American market.

Launched as Brazil’s first-ever Ram pickup truck, the Rampage has exceeded all expectations. Earning the title of “Best Intermediate Pickup” in both awards showcases the vehicle’s impact on the region’s automotive scene. With its power, luxury, and cutting-edge technology, the Rampage has quickly become a favorite among drivers and automotive experts.

The Carsughi L’Auto Preferita Award, a prestigious event in Brazil, awarded the Rampage Rebel for its overall performance in the pickup category. Held at the Tokio Marine Hall in São Paulo, the award ceremony gathered a panel of 22 specialized automotive journalists who selected the Rampage for its outstanding qualities.

In addition, the Estadão Mobility Award further highlighted the Rampage’s industry-leading features. This award recognizes excellence across 44 categories in the mobility sector, with the Rampage standing out in the Jornal do Carro category. The award ceremony, which took place on November 11, emphasized Rampage’s role as a top performer in the competitive pickup truck market.

Juliano Machado, Vice President of Ram for South America, expressed pride in the recognition. “It is a huge pride on behalf of the entire Ram team to receive these very relevant recognitions from the specialized press in Brazil,” Machado said. “Rampage is a success of sales and evaluations, both for journalists and customers!” Machado also highlighted that the Rampage had won a total of 15 awards within its first year on the market, further cementing its place as a leader in the region.

The important thing about the Rampage is that much of the market questions about a mid-size Ram pickup have been answered. A similar, but better for sure, STLA Large platform based pickup will have a strong following in North America and eventually as a global product. Let’s fast track our Ram pickup ASAP. This has been talked to death already. Next week production start up stateside works for me.
