Next Level Is Offering A Jeep® Gladiator 6×6 For $132,000:
California Company Offering Factory Appearance 6x6...

We have seen a number of six-wheel-drive (6×6) Jeep® Gladiator conversions over the past couple of years. A new company named ‘Next Level’, is entering the market by offering 6×6 versions of certain SUVs and pickup trucks. The Irvine, California company’s first vehicle to be featured is the popular midsized Jeep Gladiator.

To accommodate the additional axle and wheels, Next Level stretched the Gladiator’s bed length from 5-feet to an 8-foot box. The 6×6 model will feature full-time four-wheel drive and the driver can switch to 6×6 on demand.

Unlike the standard Jeep Gladiator models, there will be three available powertrains. The standard engine is the turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four-cylinder from the Wrangler. The turbocharged 2.0-liter has never been offered in the production Gladiator but delivers 270 horsepower and 290 ft.-lbs. of torque. The second powertrain option is the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 producing 285 horsepower and 260 ft.-lbs. of torque. Instead of adding a supercharged HEMI to the lineup, Next Level has decided to offer the third-generation 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6 as an option. The EcoDiesel provides 260 horsepower and a stump-pulling 470 ft.-lbs. of torque.

The Next Level Gladiator 6×6 will also feature 37-inch Toyo Open Country M/T tires, a 4.88 axle ratio, 2.5-inch aluminum-body FOX monotube shock absorbers, custom Nappa leather-wrapped sport bolster seats, and a revamped interior with Nappa leather accents. Customers will also be able to choose from a number of options like steel bumpers, a WARN winch, a custom LED light bar, and a pair of power-retractable running boards.

According to a Next Level spokesman, the company will sell its Gladiator 6×6 models in select Jeep dealers in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, and Texas. The new 6×6 models are currently available for the starting price of $132,000 through Huntington Beach Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Huntington Beach, California.
