On Thursday, MILITEM released its latest vehicle: the MILITEM Ferox500. Based on the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 392, the Ferox500 adds even more premium touches to the most-powerful Wrangler ever produced. MILITEM calls the Ferox500 an Extreme Utility Vechicle (EUV), which the aftermarket brand says represents the maximum expression of MILITEM sportiness and guarantees extraordinary performance, both on- and off-road routes.

Under the hood of the MILITEM Ferox500, is the 6.4-liter (392 cubic-inch) HEMI “Apache” V8. The 392 HEMI delivers 470 horsepower (354 kW) and 470 lb.-ft. (637 N•m) of torque, and is mated to a fast-shifting ZF-sourced 8-speed “TorqueFlite” automatic transmission, that propels the Ferox500 to a 0 to 100 km/h (0 to 62 mph) in just 4.5 seconds.

MILITEM has altered the Wrangler Rubicon 392’s dual exhaust system with four Matte Black tailpipes, which can still be activated via a button on the center console. The braking system is exclusive and dedicated, designed by MILITEM in collaboration with Powerbrake®, a world leader in the production of high performance braking systems. The Rubicon 392’s adjustable performance shock suspension has been entirely re-engineered by MILITEM and even features a carbon coating.

The Ferox500 also has a custom widebody kit, which features exclusive fenders, bumpers, and grille design, giving the luxury Wrangler a more agressive look. The black parts of the fenders and grille, are fitted with matte carbon accents in combination with a brand new black and red dual color grille with oversized hexagons. For the first time on this model, the spare wheel on the tailgate has been removed.

Two different types of tire setups are available, all-season 325/50 R22 or All-Terrain 35×12.5 R20. The Ferox500 features a new exclusive wheel design using Hybrid Forged technology, capable of guaranteeing lightness and greater resistance. The specific MILITEM rim design has been renewed for the first time and finished in a Satin Black color.

MILITEM craftsmen have upgraded the interior of the Ferox500 with some true Italian flare. Finished by hand and using only the finest materials, extended Nappa leather and Alcantara, in chromatic contrast. The upholstery can also be chosen for the dashboard, the instrument panel, the steering wheel, gear shifter, and all the interior upholstery of the passenger compartment. To enrich the interior further, the carbon package with gloss finish has been added for the handle inserts, flat-bottom steering wheel, and center console.

The Ferox500 continues to feature the Wrangler’s body-colored Freedom Top. The optional Sky One-Touch Power Top is also available. It allows occupants to quickly and conveniently retract the fabric roof and experience open-air freedom with the push of a button. Rear corner windows can be removed for additional flexibility.

Prices for the MILITEM Ferox500 start at €149,500 (or about $158,242 USD) + VAT and each model is offered with a full European warranty of 36 months / 100,000 km (or 62,137 miles). For more information, you can check out the MILITEM website.
