In September, Maserati made automotive history at its iconic headquarters on Viale Ciro Menotti in Modena by delivering a truly one-of-a-kind vehicle: the MC20 Maserati per Maserati. This special model was commissioned by the grandchildren of Ettore Maserati, one of the brand’s founders, who started the company with his brothers Alfieri and Ernesto in 1914.

The new owners, Alberto and Ettore Maserati, share a deep-rooted passion for engines and the Maserati brand, which has stood as a symbol of luxury and performance for over a century. The MC20 Maserati per Maserati is not just a vehicle; it represents their desire to create a lasting legacy for future generations. By commissioning this bespoke model, they hope to leave a tangible piece of Maserati history for their children and grandchildren.

Designed and built entirely in Modena, this exceptional coupe features the powerful 621-horsepower twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter ‘Nettuno’ V6 engine, making it the ultimate representation of the brand’s engineering prowess.

This unique model is further distinguished by luxurious finishes and tailored details, thanks to Maserati’s Fuoriserie personalization program. This program allows customers to customize their vehicles to reflect their tastes while honoring the brand’s heritage.

The exterior of the MC20 Maserati per Maserati showcases the signature Blu Infinito color, enhanced by a sporty double stripe in Bianco Pastello. The combination of bright hues with racing-inspired elements creates an eye-catching aesthetic. Unique touches include the Trident logo in Grey Pastel on the tonneau cover and special “Maserati per Maserati” and “Maserati Fuoriserie” badges.

A Family Celebration – 

Ettore Maserati’s grandchildren, the founder’s three great-grandchildren, and other family members attended the delivery ceremony. Luca Delfino, Maserati’s Global Chief Commercial Officer, presided over the event, joined by Andrea Bertolini, Maserati’s Chief Test Driver, and Ermanno Cozza, a long-time Maserati figure who began his career at the company in 1951.
