The distressing event unfolded when a distress call reached authorities around 3:33 a.m., alerting them to a male individual shattering windows within the parking lot premises of Kearny Mesa Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, situated at 8010 Balboa Ave. Reports indicated a series of shattered windows in the lot, including one of the building’s windows, as the suspect continued his destructive spree.

Further intensifying the situation, a security company monitoring the area corroborated the alarming accounts, detailing the suspect’s erratic behavior. Witnesses recounted a scene of the individual wildly waving his arms while displaying highly erratic conduct, causing alarm and concern among onlookers and nearby residents.
