Every year, Jeep® uses the Easter Jeep® Safari in Moab, Utah, as a proving ground and playground to show off what the brand can really do. And for the 59th annual event, they’re coming in hot with seven new concepts. First up is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Blueprint Concept — a rolling showcase of nearly 40 factory-tested Jeep® Performance Parts (JPP), all wrapped in bright Mopar Blue.

Think of the Blueprint as a dream build straight out of the Mopar catalog. It’s essentially a stock Wrangler 4xe plug-in hybrid (PHEV) with every bolt-on JPP accessory you could want — and none of the cutting, welding, or guesswork. Just like the 2022 Gladiator D-Coder Concept before it, each piece is barcoded and easy to identify. It’s as much an educational tool for customers as it is a trail-ready rig.
On the outside, the Blueprint stands tall with a JPP 2.0-inch lift kit and high-clearance fenders that make room for massive 37-inch BFGoodrich All-Terrain K03 tires. The tires are mounted to three different styles of wheels: beadlock-capable on the driver’s side, standard on the passenger’s side, and a third beadlock version mounted as the spare. It’s a clever visual guide for wheel choices, right on the trail.

Steel bumpers — front and rear — and a Warn winch with an integrated guard give it serious recovery muscle. The seven-inch TYRI LED lights, rock rails, snorkel, and cowl-mounted pod lights make sure it’s ready for just about anything Moab can throw at it. There’s even a mix of tube doors: mesh-covered on the passenger side, open on the driver’s, showing off all the customization possibilities in real time.
Inside, it’s all decked out in Mopar Blue with matching accessories, and yes — all barcoded for easy scanning and ordering. Jeep wants people to see just how easy it is to build something like this without cutting up their ride or voiding warranties. Everything shown here is designed to bolt on and go — and it’s all been tested to OEM standards.

The 2025 Wrangler 4xe Blueprint Concept is more than a flashy showpiece — it’s a bold statement about how Jeep and Mopar are making serious off-roading more accessible, more customizable, and more plug-and-play than ever before.
