Earlier this month, we told you that the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Product Design Office had announced their first Cars + Coffee event for 2019. The popular event for Metro Detroit car enthusiasts will take place on Sunday, May 19th. The event will go from 9:00 am to Noon and is open to all vehicles no matter the brand. The event will be held at the Chrysler Techincal Center (CTC) in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
The MoparInsiders team loves to attend these events, as its not only a great venue to mingle with the design staff and other passion car and Mopar lovers, but a chance to see some of the design studio’s latest concepts. That’s right, the design staff has a knack for bringing a few of the latest concept vehicles out of its collection to the events throughout the season.
Now we are learning a bit more of what is in store for the event tomorrow. With the flyer of the event showcasing the HELLCAT-powered Jeep M-715 Five-Quarter Concept, we assumed it would more than likely be at the event since the FCA Design staff loves bringing the latest concepts to their events. Now, they have announced the concept vehicles that will be showcased at the event. Here are the five vehicles that will be showcased…
- 1963 Chrysler Turbine Car
- 2019 Ram 1500 Low Down Concept
- 2019 Jeep J6 Concept
- 2020 Jeep Gladiator Flatbill Concept
- Jeep M-715 Five-Quarter Concept
The event is free and open to the public, will feature live music from WelchiMusic. All makes and models are welcome. The event will be held in the parking lot of the North American headquarters for the Alfa Romeo and Maserati brands (the former Walter P. Chrysler Museum).
