In a nod to the legendary supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI® HELLCAT V8, automotive enthusiasts are clamoring to get their hands on vehicles powered by this iconic engine. Among the standout performers in the Chrysler Group lineup are the Dodge Charger SRT HELLCAT Widebody and the Ram 1500 TRX. However, the sun is setting on production for these powerhouse models, making them coveted treasures for enthusiasts.
Set to bid farewell in December, the Dodge Charger SRT HELLCAT Widebody will leave a lasting legacy in the world of high-performance sedans. Meanwhile, Ram recently announced that the last batch of HELLCAT-powered Ram 1500 TRX models will make their way into showrooms later this year.
In a stroke of digital artistry, Instagram user @lightwork.digital has masterfully merged these two supercharged titans into a single, jaw-dropping creation—the “Charger TRX.” This bold design transforms the Charger, elevating it with greater ground clearance, rugged Fuel off-road wheels encased in aggressive all-terrain tires, and a menacing black finish on the Charger’s iconic widebody flares.
The Charger’s rear now sports a distinctive “TRX” badge, seamlessly integrated with the addition of Daytona stripes. Further exterior enhancements include an awe-inspiring LED-mounted lightbar perched above the windshield, and a TRX-inspired hood complete with meticulously crafted vents and intakes borrowed from the Ram 1500 TRX.
This visionary design is nothing short of a work of art, leaving automotive enthusiasts yearning for a builder with the prowess to bring this creation to life. While we’ve witnessed similar lifted Challenger builds in the past, as well as the SyFy show “Defiance,” which showcased a “Mad Max-styled” Charger, this Charger TRX concept car stands as a testament to the boundless creativity and ingenuity of patrolheads.
