UPDATED: Two New Special Editions Roll Out For The 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee:

Limited X and Upland 4X2 Special Editions, More Standard Features Improve Grand Cherokee For 2019...

The Jeep Grand Cherokee continues to evolve and Jeep has made quite a few changes to the Grand Cherokee for the 2019 model year.

First is safety, the Grand Cherokee now has the Safety/Tech Package as standard equipment on all trims. This package includes Blind Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Path Detection.

The exterior of the Jeep Grand Cherokee will have 3 new exterior colors options:

• Green Metallic
• Sting Gray (replacing Rhino)
• Slate Blue (replacing True Blue)

Additionally, a new standard 20-inch wheel on Overland (and are optional on the Limited). This wheel design is the same wheel design on last year’s Sterling Edition model. Also is a new 20-inch wheel standard on Summit model that will feature a full-polish look while the same design can be ordered with painted platinum as an option on the Summit trim.
Also available for 2019, is two new special edition models, the Limited X and the Upland 4×2 models.

$4,800 MSRP over the standard Limited model for the Limited X package

$3,950 MSRP over the Laredo A model for the Upland 4×2 package

2019 Grand Cherokee 8.4-inch UConnect. (MoparInsiders)

In other big news for the 2019 model year, are the updates inside the Grand Cherokee.  All Limited and higher Grand Cherokee’s will have a standard flush mounted UConnect 8.4-inch Touchscreen with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and 6 months of Apple Music.

The Trailhawk and Overland models will receive New Piano Black bezels updates to their interiors.  The Summit model will receive a Black with Bridle Brown accent stitched Signature Interior Leather Package, as well.

The 2019 Grand Cherokee continues to make its mark as the best mid-size SUV available.
