Yep, but from all things Carlos changed the focus into replacing Samsung and getting more hands-on regarding the software.

Well, late last year FCA has opened R&D center in India and AFAIK it's opened in the first place because of infotainment development.

Basically they also rebuilding the capabilities they sold off with Magneti Marelli.

They just said program management in Europe.

I wouldn't be surprise to see speakers & sound equipment coming from the JV too.

First real question: How will the screens shape & sizes be made for the brands of Stellantis?

Answers: Screens they will stay true to DNA of the brand portfolio and VR reality functions will be introduce.

Questions: Why partner with Foxconn when Tesla and VW are in-house?

That's not especially not true with VW (they working with Ford too).

Stellantis software head approach the question with speed, and they can move faster with Foxconn.

Questions was about what? Hardware, software, BEV?

Question: is Stellantis acting as middle layer software?

Answers: Stellantis aim for independence of software from services and /or hardware.
Bonnefont states '' may Layer on Android'' but hyped up optionality.

Carlos wants to sell your vehicle data like Ford & GM and be cheap too.

Call ended..........Carlos cheap ''unlabeled box'' of electronics called Foxconn.

I don't know. I'm not following it much. Not that topic but from what I know the only part or only unaffected restructurings during the pandemic at VAG were for IT engineers. So most likely that they are doing a lot of work in house.

But to me it seems that a the most important part of this JV could be for hardware supply/production and of course sales. Maybe the chip shortage had pushed this decision?

Base on Samsung's treatment, seems like soo much of FIAT 500 technology is one & done.
