Here is a news release from ZF about the Gen-4 8-speed automatic. It will most likely show up in the next ICE powered Lx cars. The development concept with 150 Km on batteries alone caught my attention.

Well I ordered a 2022 Dodge Charger RT Daytona in Smoke Show Grey in Dec 2021; delivered May 5, 2022. Traded my 2015 SXT Rallye in B5 Blue. I'll keep my eye on 2023 special editions, but I got my HEMI. My wife has a 2020 Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid Coupe. Great car, but not as fund as my HEMI. Was hoping for PHEV HEMI, Dodge could have satisfied both markets with that.
