Citroën Brazil Launches New C4 Cactus X-SERIES Special Edition SUV:

Citroën Brazil has introduced its new C4 Cactus X-SERIES SUV, which hits the market in September. Produced in Brazil, the sport utility vehicle that changed the standards of the B-SUV segment in South America gets a special edition series designed for connected consumers who admire the C4 Cactus’ rugged look.

Only 600 units of the C4 Cactus X-SERIES will be built, which offer an even more unique experience; adding new exterior and interior design details, as well as exclusive content. Citroën’s new SUV will be available at the brand’s entire Brazilian dealership network with a suggested value of R$106,990 (or about $20,125 USD).

The special series arrives with exclusive customization details. The X-SERIES monogram stands out in the model’s interior and exterior features. The bronze color Ocher in the fog lights and air bumps brings even more sportiness to the SUV C4 Cactus, making the model more exclusive and modern. Internally, personalized touches on the seats, leather-wrapped steering wheel, special fabric mats, and 16-inch black-painted aluminum wheels.

The C4 Cactus X-SERIES also inaugurates a new color to the brand’s portfolio called “Gray Artense”, a differentiated tone that refers to graphite gray. Longitudinal bars integrated into the black-painted roof. 

The C4 Cactus X-SERIES also features ABS brakes with Electronic Brake Distribution, Electronic Stability Control, and traction control, ramp start assistant (Hill Assist), digital air conditioning, cruise control, and LED signature running lights. The X-SERIES also features electrically adjustable rearview mirrors, Isofix, electric windows with One-Touch function, and other standard items found on the standard C4 Cactus. In addition to the 100% digital cluster, there is a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Google Android Auto and Apple CarPlay mirroring capability.

Under the hood, the Citroën C4 Cactus X-SERIES SUV is powered by the 1.6 VTi flex-fuel engine, with 118 horsepower, with a remote start system, together with the 6-speed sequential automatic transmission, with two driving modes. There is ECO mode, which is ideal for use in heavy traffic in large cities, this mode’s main feature is to save fuel and the SPORT mode developed to obtain faster and more powerful engine responses.
