This 1991 Jeep® Grand Wagoneer Packs HELLCAT Punch

Classic Woodgrain Meets 700+ Horsepower in This Blown Mopar Masterpiece

If you’ve ever wished your classic Jeep Grand Wagoneer had the heart of a modern muscle car, your dream just roared to life. Listed now on BringATrailer.com, this 1991 Jeep® Grand Wagoneer has been fully reimagined by the folks at Page Brothers Garage in Raleigh, North Carolina—and under the hood lives a supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI® HELLCAT V8.

Yes, really.

This full-size SUV didn’t just get an engine swap—it went through a total transformation. The entire frame was removed, powder-coated, and bolted back together with a fresh suspension setup featuring Bilstein shocks, upgraded leaf springs, and four-wheel Wilwood disc brakes. The body was rotisserie-restored and repainted in a deep Midnight Blue Metallic, complete with faux-woodgrain trim and SRT badging to hint at the beast beneath.

That beast is a HELLCAT crate motor, mated to an 8-speed 8HP95 automatic transmission pulled from a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. With a custom Advance Adapters Atlas transfer case, new driveshafts from Oliver’s, and East Coast Gear Supply-built differentials, this truck is built to handle every bit of its 700+ horsepower.

Even the interior keeps up. It’s been reupholstered in rich tan leather with blue patterned inserts and lambswool-style seatbacks. Inside, you’ll also find Vintage Air A/C, power seats and windows, a Jeep-branded cassette deck, a rotary gear selector in the dash, and digital gauges tucked into the original binnacle. A serialized plaque finishes off the cabin like a signature on a work of art.

Rolling on 15-inch alloys wrapped in BFGoodrich All-Terrain K02s, this HELLCAT-powered Jeep doesn’t just sit pretty—it’s ready to move with authority.

The odometer reads just 363 miles since the rebuild, and the Carfax shows a clean history. It’s currently registered with a Tennessee title and includes documentation and photos of the full build.

This monster Grand Wagoneer is up for grabs on BringATrailer.com until Wednesday, June 25 at 5:46 p.m. EDT. It’s not just a restomod—it’s a redefinition of the family SUV, with more muscle than anyone ever expected from a wood-paneled wagon.
