Ram is about to drop something big—literally. But this time, it’s happening outside North America. Ram Brazil has confirmed it will reveal an all-new model this week during the Interlagos Festival – Carros Edition, held at the iconic Interlagos Racetrack in São Paulo from June 12 to 15. The event will serve as the backdrop for what could be the next big move in Ram’s international product strategy.
Ram operates differently in Brazil compared to the U.S. There, it’s positioned as a premium pickup brand, and it’s made a big name for itself, especially with the Rampage, a compact unibody truck that’s been a runaway success in the market. Since its launch, over 40,000 units of the Rampage have been sold, and it’s available in Rebel, Laramie, and R/T trims.

At Interlagos, the public will get hands-on access to all versions of the Rampage, including two engine options. First is the newly introduced 2.2-liter turbodiesel I4, putting out 200 horsepower and 332 lb-ft (450 Nm) of torque. The second is the proven turbocharged 2.0-liter Hurricane4 I4 with 272 horsepower and 295 lb-ft (400 Nm) of torque. Visitors will be able to test drive the Rampage both on the 2.7-mile (4,309-meter) racetrack and on a rugged off-road trail inside the circuit.
Another showstopper will be the latest version of the Ram 1500, which is now offered in Brazil with the twin-turbo 3.0-liter Hurricane Standard-Output (S/O) I6. This S/O engine cranks out an impressive 426 horsepower and 468 lb-ft (635 Nm) of torque, pushing the truck from 0 to 62 mph (0 to 100 km/h) in just 5.3 seconds. That officially makes it the fastest pickup truck in Brazil—and Ram plans to let attendees prove it with full-throttle runs on the straightaways.

But beyond speed and utility, the Ram booth will offer plenty of lifestyle appeal. Fans will find Ram merchandise, interactive brand displays, and the official Ram Store featuring everything from clothing to branded toys.
While Ram hasn’t officially announced what the new model or trim will be, the fact that it’s being introduced at such a major event in Brazil suggests it’s something specifically built for this market. Either way, eyes are on São Paulo this week.
