Mopar Opens New High-Tech Parts Hub in East Fishkill, NY

$64M PDC Brings Speed, Tech, and Jobs to the Northeast

Mopar just reached a major milestone with the grand opening of its state-of-the-art Parts Distribution Center (PDC) in East Fishkill, New York. Backed by a $64 million investment from Stellantis, this massive 534,000-square-foot facility is designed to streamline parts delivery and improve service across the entire Northeast region.

This isn’t just about building a bigger warehouse—this is Mopar stepping into the future. With over 46,000 different parts in stock and the capacity to handle more than 2 million shipments each year, the East Fishkill PDC will help get parts to dealers and customers faster than ever before.

High-Tech Meets High Efficiency –

The real game-changer is what’s inside. The East Fishkill PDC is the first Stellantis facility in the U.S. to use AutoStore, an advanced robotic storage and retrieval system. Inside the warehouse, 40 small robotic units travel along tracks above a densely packed grid filled with 70,000 bins. These bots quickly locate and pick parts, delivering them to processing stations where employees prepare them for shipment. All of this happens in just 18,000 square feet of space—proof that more technology doesn’t always mean more floor space.

Darren Bradshaw, Senior Vice President of Mopar for North America, summed up the investment perfectly. “The launch of our new Mopar Parts Distribution Center in East Fishkill marks a significant investment in our long-term growth and service capabilities,” said Bradshaw. “This facility supports our dedicated UAW-represented workforce with the tools and environment they need to succeed. By integrating cutting-edge technology and automation, we’re strengthening our supply chain, accelerating delivery times, and reinforcing our commitment to dealer and customer satisfaction along with employee success.”

Supporting the Local Community –

Local leaders praised Stellantis’ decision to bring this project to East Fishkill. Dutchess County Legislator Steve Caswell said the center represents more than just new jobs—it’s a big win for the entire community.

“The launch of the Mopar Parts Distribution Center is a tremendous boost for East Fishkill,” said Caswell. “This facility is not just an investment in infrastructure, but in our people, our businesses, and our future. Stellantis’ decision to bring this advanced distribution center and nearly 100 jobs to our community underscores our town’s potential as a growing hub for technological and economic development.”

Smarter Storage, Smaller Footprint –

The East Fishkill PDC also plays a key role in Stellantis’ goal of reducing its environmental impact. By combining the older Tappan, NY and Boston parts centers into one streamlined location—and by using the high-density AutoStore system—the company has drastically reduced the warehouse footprint needed to store parts. It’s a smarter, more efficient way to manage logistics while staying aligned with Stellantis’ larger carbon-reduction goals.

Carrying on an 88-Year Legacy –

With over 88 years of experience delivering genuine parts, accessories, and service solutions for Stellantis vehicles, Mopar continues evolving with the times. This new East Fishkill facility is just the latest example of that commitment to innovation, performance, and putting customers first.
