Both the FIAT brand and its performance division Abarth are celebrating big milestones this year. While the FIAT brand celebrates its 120th anniversary, the Abarth brand is turning 70 years old. So of course, the FIAT brand has announced a special package for its Fiat 124 Spider Abarth for enthusiasts.
The all-new “Scorpion Sting” Appearance Group, adds a special Abarth Scorpion graphics package to the already sporty roadster. The $395 USD package joins some other popular customizable options from the FIAT brand for the Fiat 124 Spider Abarth. Last year, the brand announced their new Record Monza Exhaust for $995 USD, which gives the 124 Spider Abarth an amazing growling as it is put through its paces. The $495 USD Veleno Appearance Group gives the 124 Spider Abarth an unmistakable performance look with red exterior mirror caps, red lower fascia lip, red front tow hook, Abarth-branded carpeted floor mats, and a bright footrest.

Starting under $30,000 USD, the Fiat 124 Spider Abarth offers an even sportier driving experience than the rest of the 124 Spider lineup. With its 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that makes 164 horsepower and 184 lb.-ft of torque. Customers can choose from an Aisin-sourced 6-speed automatic or 6-speed manual transmission.
The 124 Spider Abarth also features a Bilstein® Performance Suspension with a front strut tower brace that provides added rigidity for enhanced handling. Shock absorbers help deliver maximum grip. Stiff front and rear spring rates minimize body roll and a rear stabilizer bar helps increase cornering grip.
