It has been a few weeks since our spy photographers caught the 2019 Ram Heavy Dutys completely uncovered. Since then we have received numerous emails from viewers wondering why the 2019 Ram Heavy Duty continues with the 4th generation cab. We have also heard some conspiracy theories as to why the cab has stayed the same as well. For the past few months, we have been saying that the 2019 Ram Heavy Duty would carry on with the same cab and box.

While the cabs remain the same as the outgoing truck, the 2019 Ram Heavy Duty does get an all-new interior mostly shared with the all-new 5th generation 2019 Ram 1500.
