If you have been reading MoparInsiders.com all day, you will see we brought you two articles about two wickedly awesome vehicles the Dodge brand introduced today in Golden, Colorado. The first of those vehicles was the 10,000+ horsepower 2019 Dodge Charger SRT HELLCAT NHRA Funny Car that will be racing at the Dodge Mile-High NHRA Nationals Powered by Mopar at Bandimere Speedway this weekend. Don Schumacher Racing (DSR) driver Matt Hagan will be the first Dodge/Mopar driver to pilot the new body in competition.
The second car that made it’s debut today was the all-new 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack 1320. The car is a Challenger R/T Scat Pack trim with the 485 horsepower 6.4-liter HEMI 392CI SRT V8, loaded with a ton of goodies from last year’s 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon. The car runs the quarter-mile at 11.7 seconds at 115 mph makes the showroom-stock 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack 1320 the fastest naturally aspirated, street-legal muscle car available.
