VIDEO: Hitting The Mountain Roads With Our R/T Scat Pack 1320:

Also My Thoughts On The First Few Months Of Ownership Of This Drag Racing Package...

This past weekend, I had a chance to meet up with some other diehard Mopar enthusiasts from around the Vancouver, British Columbia area and go for a day of amazing driving in our long-term 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack 1320. We were joined by some awesome modern Mopars that included a few Dodge Charger R/T Scat Packs, a pair of Dodge Charger Daytonas, Challenger SRT HELLCATs, a Challenger Scat Pack 392 Shaker, Chrysler 300 SRT, Neon SRT-4, and a Challenger SRT Demon

Now, the drive gave me some time to gather my thoughts of ownership after the first few months of taking this car home. I also wanted to do a video to update and address a few questions that we have had and what better place than a 380 mile (or 615 kilometers) drive through twisty mountain roads in beautiful British Columbia, Canada.

While we have spent a lot of time with this car at the drag strip, it gave us our first real chance to see how the Scat Pack 1320 does on some curvy backroads. The three-mode suspension on the Scat Pack 1320 had me wondering how exactly the drag oriented Challenger would handle. While there a lot of people who are out there that say Challengers can’t handle because they are just big boats, while they might be big, they can handle too.  Sure it’s no sixth-generation Camaro 1LE or performance pack Mustang, but it can hold its own in the curves.

With this drive being the longest period of time of me getting time behind the wheel of our long-term Scat Pack 1320, I have no regrets and am so happy to have ordered this car and package. To see all of my thoughts on the car, be sure to watch the video above. There is also some exciting news about what we are doing this next month with the car included as well. Be also sure to subscribe to the MoparInsiders.com YouTube channel, as we tend to post the video regarding our 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack 1320 a few days in advance of them showing up on the website.

Also, let us know what you think of the video in the comments below. Should we continue to do a vlog style documentation of our adventures with the car? Or should we just stick to drag racing content?
