Stellantis Mexico has announced impressive sales figures for 2024, posting a total of 93,809 units sold across its various brands. This marks a record-setting year for the company, with standout performances across key brands like Ram, Jeep®, Peugeot, and Alfa Romeo. December was especially strong, with 10,223 units sold, showcasing continued demand for Stellantis’ diverse lineup of vehicles.
Ram Leads the Pack with Record Sales –
Ram emerged as the top performer within Stellantis Mexico, recording an impressive 28,738 units sold in 2024. This was driven by continued success in the pickup segment, particularly the Ram 700, which alone accounted for 1,445 units sold in December. Additionally, the Ram 1200 showed solid sales with 1,388 units sold in the year’s final month. The Ram ProMaster also posted its best year in history, with 1,185 units sold, further solidifying its market dominance.
In December, Ram sold 4,575 units, a key contributor to Stellantis Mexico’s monthly results. Ram continues to be a major player in the Mexican market, bolstered by the popularity of its trucks and the versatility they offer, from small pickups to Heavy Duty workhorses. The brand’s strong performance reaffirms its position as a top choice for Mexican consumers seeking reliability and power in their vehicles.
Jeep®’s Record Year: Strong Sales Across Key Models –
Jeep also experienced a remarkable year, with total sales reaching 19,454 units, marking the best year for the brand since 2015. Several Jeep models achieved significant milestones, including the Jeep Renegade, which reported its best year in sales ever, with 5,097 units sold. Similarly, the Jeep Compass saw its best year since 2013, with 5,342 units sold. The Jeep JT (Gladiator) also had its best-ever year, with 2,006 units sold, and the Jeep Grand Cherokee recorded its best year in sales since 2018, achieving 3,222 units sold.
Jeep achieved strong sales of 1,753 units in December, with notable growth in key models. The Jeep Grand Cherokee saw a 13% increase in sales compared to December 2023, while the Jeep Wrangler experienced a 26% increase in sales for the same period. Jeep’s success was further underscored by the increasing popularity of the plug-in hybrid (PHEV) version of the Wrangler and the newly launched Jeep Commander, which has become a standout 7-passenger option in the market.
Alfa Romeo and Fiat Achieve Historic Results –
Alfa Romeo had its best sales year in history, selling 448 units in 2024. The luxury sedan Alfa Romeo Giulia played a major role in this success, achieving its best sales year ever. The Alfa Romeo Tonale also performed strongly, recording 321 units sold during the year.
In December, Alfa Romeo’s sales hit 28 units as the brand continued to grow its presence in the Mexican market.
Fiat’s 2024 sales also showed solid growth, with 10,383 units sold, reflecting an increase of 32% for the Fiat Fastback and 12% for the Fiat Argo compared to the previous year. The Fiat Pulse was a top performer for the brand, achieving 261 units sold in December, while the Fiat Argo and Fiat Mobi posted 137 and 117 units sold, respectively.
Peugeot Records Historic Sales Across Models –
Peugeot had its best-ever year in 2024, with 18,855 units sold. The Peugeot 2008, Peugeot Rifter, Peugeot Manager, and Peugeot Expert all recorded their best sales years ever, contributing to the brand’s success. Additionally, the Peugeot Partner saw its best sales since 2018, with strong demand continuing throughout the year.
December was also a standout month for Peugeot, with 1,413 units sold, marking a 19% increase over December 2023. Models like the Peugeot 2008, 3008, Rifter, and Manager all recorded their best-ever December sales, signaling strong market demand.
Strong Year for Dodge –
Dodge rounded out the year with 15,931 units sold, continuing to perform well in key segments. The Dodge Attitude led the way in December, with 938 units sold, while the Dodge Journey saw a remarkable 97% increase in sales compared to the previous December, with 862 units sold.
Dodge’s December sales reached 1,843 units, maintaining its presence in the highly competitive market.

Stellantis Mexico’s 2024 performance highlights the strength of its multi-brand portfolio, which continues to resonate with Mexican consumers. With Ram’s dominance in the pickup segment and Jeep’s continued appeal, particularly in the SUV and off-road segments, Stellantis is well-positioned to build on its success in 2025.
