Lancia CEO Will Take Over Sales & Marketing For Europe, Middle East, and Africa...

Stellantis has announced several significant organizational changes, effective June 1, 2024, to strengthen its leadership team and support its strategic goals.

Luca Napolitano Appointed Chief Sales & Marketing Officer – 

Luca Napolitano, CEO of Lancia, will also become Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. (Stellantis).

Luca Napolitano, who currently serves as the CEO of the Lancia brand, will take on additional responsibilities as the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. He replaces Thierry Koskas, who will now focus on expanding the Citroën brand. Napolitano brings extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a background that includes fleet and retail sales, dealer management, and network development across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His appointment aims further to solidify Stellantis’s global sales and marketing strategy.

Olivier Bourges Named Chief Customer Experience Officer – 

Olivier Bourges will step into the role of Chief Customer Experience Officer. (Stellantis).

Olivier Bourges will step into the Chief Customer Experience Officer role, succeeding Richard Schwarzwald, who is leaving the company for personal reasons. Bourges is tasked with achieving Stellantis’s Dare Forward 2030 goal of becoming the number one company in customer satisfaction. His deep knowledge of the automotive industry and Stellantis operations positions him well to enhance the company’s customer experience efforts.

Clara Ingen-Housz to Lead Global Corporate Office and Public Affairs – 

Clara Ingen-Housz, named Head of the Global Corporate Office and Public Affairs, will join the company’s Top Executive Team. (Stellantis).

Clara Ingen-Housz, who joined Stellantis in early 2024, will replace Olivier Bourges as the Head of the Global Corporate Office and Public Affairs and join the company’s Top Executive Team. Ingen-Housz previously served as the Group Legal Counsel and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Saint-Gobain. Her international legal experience, with stints in Hong Kong, New York, and Brussels, brings a wealth of global expertise to Stellantis’s executive team, enhancing its diversity and strategic capabilities.

Leadership Transitions and Strategic Goals – 

Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares expressed gratitude to Richard Schwarzwald for his dedication and contributions during Stellantis’s formative years. Tavares also conveyed confidence in the newly appointed executives. “I have every confidence in Thierry’s ability to drive the growth of the Citroën brand, Olivier’s determination to bring Stellantis to the next level of customer satisfaction, and warmly welcome Clara to the Top Executive Team as we continue to execute our Dare Forward 2030 strategic plan, together with our passionate stakeholders around the world,” said Tavares.
