Catone, who has been with the company (formerly Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) since October 2007, brings extensive industry experience to the brand. His background includes commercial development, sales planning, supply chain, and purchasing. In addition to leading the Jeep brand in Europe, he will also oversee the Dodge and Ram brands.

“First of all, I would like to thank Eric for his outstanding work, which has significantly contributed to the success of the Jeep brand, and I wish him all the best in his future new job position,” said Jean-Philippe Imparato, Stellantis Chief Operating Officer (COO), Enlarged Europe. “At the same time, I express my full confidence in Fabio, who has a strong background in the automotive business and will be able to give new momentum to the Jeep brand in all our markets while leading our organization in the Enlarged Europe Region.”

While Jeep is a key part of Stellantis’ success in Europe, both Dodge and Ram are also expanding their presence in the market. Dodge will introduce the all-new Dodge Charger Daytona to Europe for the 2026 model year, while Ram will offer most of its Ram 1500 lineup, including the RHO, to the European marketplace this year.

As for Jeep, Laforge recently announced that the all-new, all-electric Wagoneer S will replace the Grand Cherokee in the brand’s European lineup for 2025. Additionally, the company is considering replacing the iconic Wrangler with the smaller, upcoming Recon later this year.
