SOLD: 840-Horsepower AMW4x4 Jeep® Gladiator AMW840 Went For $215K At Barrett-Jackson

A couple of weeks ago, we highlighted a special build that the team over at America’s Most Wanted 4×4 (AMW4x4)had built for the recent Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale event. 

Nicknamed “Highlighter”, this latest project started to life as a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave painted in the eye-catching High-Velocity Yellow. Thanks to some clever engineering using AMW4x4’s turn-key Demon program, the Pentastar engine was been dumped in favor a supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI Demon® V8 delivering an amazing 840 horsepower and 770 lb.-ft. of torque. The Demon engine is mated to a ZF-sourced 8HP95 8-speed automatic transmission, allowing for seamless and swift shifting to help put all that power down.

But a power swap is only the beginning. To help put all that power and torque to the road and trail, AMW4x4 added its AMW 8LUG package to the mix. The 8LUG package adds the following equipment:

The team also included their HEMI Tuned Long Arm Suspension package, which adds exceptional comfort and stability to the high-performance off-roader. The package includes the following components:

Stopping all of that extra power, AMW4x4 added a set of Barbarian 8-piston brakes. They also added a ton of AMW4x4-branded touches like AMW LED headlamps, shifters, grab handle and a premium Tuscany leather interior with accent stitching. 

On the exterior, Highlighter has been fitted with illuminated power steps with a rocker guard, KC trail lights and a WARN ZEON Platinum 12,000-lb. winch that provides off-road capability. To create a one-off look, even the truck sports a custom AMW bobbed bed. Thus giving the Gladiator even greater capability off-road with greater departure angles.

When crossing the auction block, the custom Jeep Gladiator AMW 840 took a total of $215,000. With fees, that came out to total an amazing $236,500. Not a bad follow-up to the AMW1000 Gecko Green Gladiator that had brought to Scottsdale in 2022.
