Rugged Ridge® Introduces New Aftermarket Accessories For Wrangler (JL) at SEMA:

Our friends at Rugged Ridge®, are a manufacturer leader of high-quality Jeep®, truck and off-road parts and accessories. Rugged Ridge announced this week at the 2018 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show, the availability of several new products to expand its lineup of accessories for the 2018 to Present Jeep Wrangler (JL) and Wrangler Unlimited (JLU). This comes right after the Wrangler just won its ninth consecutive SUV/4×4 of the Year Award at the SEMA Show.

Rugged Ridge Tube Steps complete the look of any Wrangler (JL) and Wrangler Unlimited (JLU) while providing valuable assistance entering and exiting the vehicle. Constructed from high-strength steel tube, each step is finished with a textured black powder coat to provide years of corrosion resistance. Tube Steps are available for four door models, in both 3-inch round and 4-inch oval diameters.

The new Trail Mirror Kits for Wrangler (JL) models give owners an innovative way to mount side mirrors to their vehicle when the doors are removed, keeping them street legal while increasing overall driver safety. Available with either a traditional rectangular design or a retro-style round mirror head, each Trail Mirror utilizes the windshield hinge pin as its mounting point, eliminating unsightly brackets while maintaining the folding windshield function. Mirror kits are available individually and in pairs.

Also announced, a new Rugged Ridge Bull Bar for the 2018 to Present Wrangler (JL) which provides Jeep owners with an exterior styling option without the expense of an aftermarket bumper. Featuring a 3.5-inch diameter primary hoop made from high-strength tubular steel accented by an integrated skid plate, the Bull Bar is finished with a satin black powder coat and installs easily with no drilling required.

Rugged Ridge’s Eclipse Sunshade is now offered for the new Wrangler (JL) and Wrangler Unlimited (JLU), offering protection from the intensity of the sun’s rays while also reducing wind turbulence inside the cab. Constructed from reinforced mesh, each sunshade is designed to protect front seat passengers separately or front and rear seats passengers together. The Eclipse Sunshade installs easily with no need for a separate windshield header and can be left in place when the hard or soft top is installed. Available in front seat or full length sizes for two and four-door models.

Lastly, a new 2-inch Receiver Hitch is available for the 2018 to Present Wrangler (JL) and Wrangler Unlimited (JLU) models. Designed as a fully-welded assembly and engineered to match the Wrangler’s factory 3,500lbs towing capacity, the Rugged Ridge 2-inch Receiver Hitch features a simple bolt-on installation and works with all Wrangler factory equipment.
