Rezvani Teases Jeep® Wrangler-Based Hercules 6×6:

Coming This Summer...

Rezvani, the builder of some crazy on-road military-spec SUVs based on the current Jeep Wrangler (JL), is getting ready to introduce a fourth model of its popular “Tank” series of vehicles. The Tank series includes models such as the Tank Military Edition which includes EMP and ballistic armor protection, as well as the Demon-powered and modified Tank X, that produces 1,000 horsepower. Rezvani teased its upcoming fourth model on social media this past week and while not a lot of details were unveiled, the teasers are promising.

The new Hercules 6×6 will more than likely be based again on the current Jeep Wrangler but adds a third axle to the already capable off-roader. We expect it to carry most of the Wrangler’s off-road hardware like the Rubicon’s Rock-Trac NV241 two-speed transfer case with a 4.0:1 low-range gear ratio but adds another axle to the mix. We aren’t sure if it will be another Dana axle like the stock Wrangler or something different.

While the teasers don’t show us much, it leads us to believe that the new Hercules model will retain much of the Tank’s styling. The first teaser shows the Hercules 6×6 lurking in the shadows and showing us its 6×6 configuration and its Tank-like front-end styling. The second teaser shows us a close up of the dual rear axle setup of the Hercules with the Rezvani logo underneath the rear door. A set of Nitto Trail Grappler M/T tires appear to be equipped on the new 6×6.

We also would be surprised if it doesn’t feature the supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI V8 delivering 1,000 horsepower and 870 lb.-ft of torque, from the Tank X. So don’t expect the Hercules 6×6 to be cheap. Currently, the Tank X features a U.S. Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $349,000, so we wouldn’t be surprised if the Hercules started out around $400,000.

Rezvani is now accepting pre-orders with a refundable $266 deposit on the Rezvani Motors website. The company has announced that the new Hercules will be launched later this summer, however, an official date has yet to be released. Those who reserve a pre-order will give you the perk of receiving the details and images of the Hercules 6×6.
