Ram 1500 Classic Offers Another Limited Edition Package...
While Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) releasing announced that the Ram Truck brand would continue building the Ram 1500 Classic, beyond the 2019 model year. The Ram 1500 Classic (DS) continues to play an important role of the success of the Ram Truck brand, as well as the Ram brand’s mission of becoming the second biggest truck manufacturer globally.
One of the brand’s plans is to continue offering special editions of the Ram 1500 Classic, to add extended life into the aging Ram 1500 Classic. Ram first launched the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Express Ignition Orange special edition, bringing back a very popular color of the Ram 1500 (DS) trucks from a few years back and offering it on a new sporty package. Then the brand launched the new 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock addition in Toronto, last month. The new Warlock package added the previous Ram 1500 Rebel styling to a sporty offering.
The next special edition Ram is releasing the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Express Hydro Blue. Yes, the ever popular Hydro Blue paint is back. Ram is only building 1,000 of these special edition trucks. The trucks can be built as in Quad Cab or Crew Cab, as well as your choice of either 4×2 or 4×4 configurations. All 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Express Hydro Blue special editions will come standard with the legendary 395 horsepower 5.7-liter HEMI V8. The Express Hydro Blue (ASX) package will add a cost of $1,445 USD MSRP to the Express trim level. Production starts this month at the Warren Truck Assembly Plant in Warren, Michigan.
